Cath has an Executive MBA from Cranfield University School of Management. She has worked in marketing and general management in a number of sectors including financial services and retail. She led the launch marketing strategy of Bluewater, then Europe’s largest retail and leisure destination, and established Scoot as one of the UK’s biggest (and earliest) digital brands. More recently she was responsible for integrated insurance marketing strategies for the likes of M&S and HSB.
Cath regularly chairs and presents at CIPS events and other conferences, and is a spokesperson for CIPS on topics such as the role procurement has to play in eradicating modern slavery and the need for the profession to raise its game and raise its voice.
